All the horses listed, minus my personal companions, are for sale.

Starting with my 2009 foals, I have initiated a comprehensive program for their development. I have invested a significant amount of time in
their early training to establish a very solid foundation for their future, no matter the age or expertise of their owner in the future. All of these
skills are based on he Parelli Natural Horsemanship program.

As time allows I will bring the older horses up to this level.

The skills include:

* Parelli 7 games
* Confidently negotiate a trail obstacle course
* Confident trailer loading
* Standing calmly for the farrier
* Standing calmly for the vet, shots and worming
* Ponying from another horse
* Easy catching and haltering
* Driving
* Accepting the bareback pad

A yearling purchased from me should have these skills in place, while a weanling will still be in progress. As a two year old these skills
will be expanded to include liberty and a three year old will be started under saddle.

PRICING

Starting with the 2009 foals or when the above skill set is achieved, the fee schedule is divided into groups based on age, and increase
with specific education, breeding, color and talent. Below is the base price for each group:

Weanlings: $ 1500
Yearlings: $ 2000
Two Years: $ 2500
Three and up: $ 3500

Prior to 2009 and prior to skills achieved:

Two Years: $ 1750
Three and up $ 2500
